Your UNILUS student account runs on Google Workspace โ so it looks and works just like Gmail, but under your own [STUDENTNUMBER]@stud.unilus.ac.zm address. It's what you'll use for portal alerts, lecturer emails, Google Drive, Calendar and Meet.
Not 100% sure of your exact address or first-time password? Check your admission/welcome letter, or ask the IT help desk (numbers are pinned at the bottom of this guide ๐).
Grab your student number and official [STUDENTNUMBER]@stud.unilus.ac.zm email from your admission letter or welcome email.
It should look like 2026321789@stud.unilus.ac.zm or bit21276734@stud.unilus.ac.zm , Can't locate it? IT support can look it up in minutes โ don't guess the spelling, it has to match exactly.
Open a browser and head to accounts.google.com โ this is the official gateway UNILUS uses for student mail.

Enter your full 2026321789@stud.unilus.ac.zm or bit21276734@stud.unilus.ac.zm address exactly as given, then hit Next.
No autofill from a personal Gmail account by accident โ double check the domain says unilus.ac.zm.
Use your NRC number (with the slashes) or Passport number

Use the "Forgot password" link on the Google sign-in screen, or reach out to UNILUS IT support to reset it for you โ don't keep guessing, too many wrong tries can lock the account.
This usually happens after several failed sign-in attempts. Contact the IT help desk and they'll unlock it and confirm your details.
Every student address ends in @stud.unilus.ac.zm. An example is 2026321789@stud.unilus.ac.zm or bit21276734@stud.unilus.ac.zm , If you're unsure of the exact spelling, check your admission letter or ask the registry/IT desk to confirm it before you try logging in.
