- Local applicants: ZMW 200 (Deposit into Indo Zambia Bank Account: 0012030001876)
- Foreign applicants: US$50 (Pay online via student portal OR make a bank transfer)
- Certified Copy of Academic Certificate or Statement of Results
- Certified Diploma Certificate(s) (if applicable)
- Copy of Identification Document: NRC, Passport, or valid ID
NOTE: GRADE 12 CERTIFICATE (“O” LEVEL RESULTS) AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD BE CERTIFIED BY THE ZAMBIA QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY (ZAQA)
How to Pay Your Application Fee
1. Online Payment via Student Portal
- Log in or create an account
- Click on "Pay Online"
- Enter your student number and follow the prompts
2. Bank Deposit (Indo Zambia Bank)
- Deposit ZMW 200 into Account Number: 0012030001876
- Account Name: University of Lusaka
- Scan and upload the deposit slip during your application
3. Zanaco Bill Muster
- Visit any Zanaco Bank branch or authorized agent
- Provide Student ID: Example '202500003'
4. Mobile Money (Airtel Money)
- Dial *115#
- Option 4 – Make Payment
- Option 7 – School Fees
- Option 3 – Zanaco Bill Muster
- Option 1 – University
- Option 4 – UNILUS
- Enter Student ID: e.g. '202500003'
Important Login Information
- You will be required to create a password during the application.
- Your username will be generated automatically and shown after submission.
- Use a valid email for all application communications.
