Go to your device's Wi-Fi settings, select the UNILUS network, and sign in with your student email credentials. At Silverest and Pioneer campuses, connect to eduroam instead using your full institutional email and password.
Clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or check your network connection. If the issue persists, contact the Help Desk.
Confirm your file is under the size limit and that your internet connection is stable before uploading. Refresh and retry if a quiz fails to load.
Use the self-service password reset portal. If you're locked out entirely, contact the IT Help Desk for manual verification.
