Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management
The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management is designed to develop professionals who can manage people strategically and effectively in modern organisations. Students gain a solid grounding in core HR areas such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, reward and compensation, labour relations and labour law, as well as broader business and management principles. The programme blends theory with practice through industry-informed teaching, research engagement and collaboration with organisations, giving students first-hand insight into how HR supports organisational performance and employee well-being in both the public and private sectors.
Graduates are prepared for a wide range of people-focused careers, including roles such as Human Resources officer or generalist, talent acquisition or recruitment specialist, training and development officer, compensation and benefits officer, employee relations or labour relations specialist, HR business partner and, with experience and further professional development, progression into HR manager, HR director or other strategic people-management roles.
